Respecting the SpaceMonocabin Retreat has been carefully designed by Mandalaki Studio as a complete living environment.
Furniture, artwork, design objects, lighting fixtures, decorative elements, and outdoor furnishings may not be removed, relocated, modified, or used for purposes other than their intended function.
SustainabilityMonocabin Retreat has been conceived with sustainability in mind.
Simple actions such as switching off the air conditioning when leaving, reducing unnecessary water consumption, and recycling where possible help minimize environmental impact and preserve local resources.
MaintenanceSome necessary maintenance is scheduled around the property. As a result, our team may need to briefly access the house during your stay.

Toilet & WastewaterAs on many Greek islands, the local sewage infrastructure is not designed for toilet paper.
We kindly ask that no paper, wipes, sanitary products, or other items are flushed down the toilet. A small waste bin is provided next to the WC for this purpose.
Local WildlifeYou may notice cats around the property and surrounding neighborhood.
While friendly and accustomed to people, feeding them is prohibited and may create difficulties for both the animals and the local community.
