This summer in Rhodes, Monocabin introduces a limited-edition dinner series inspired by Mandalaki’s vision of living with intention.

At Monocabin Rhodes, every element converges in architecture, lighting, and now culinary experience to celebrate nature, forging an immersive connection between people and their surroundings.

Nestled within Monocabin’s architecture in Rhodes and shaped by Mandalaki Studio’s design, this space reflects a vision of living in harmony with the environment. The bistrot adds a new layer to this ethos—a curated dining experience that honors local history and flavor. Here, food is simple, intentional, and deeply connected to its surroundings.

Season 2025

Monocabin bistrot curates an intimate dining series around a single six-seat table, where architecture, nature, and cuisine meet in a celebration of simplicity and connection.

This season, the kitchen is led by designer and culinary curator Viviane, blending her culinary legacies of Greece, Persia, France, and Italy. Trained at the Accademia dello Chef in Milan and shaped by family kitchens and vibrant culinary friendships, Viviane draws on heritage and history to create dishes rooted in tradition and a deep love for the table.

Influenced by Rhodes’ history as an island shaped by many cultures, the menu celebrates their shared flavors through a unique culinary menu.

Tasting Menu

Mezze - Rhodes Takos
Traditional Rhodian pita, topped with marinated shrimp and island herbs.

First Course - Revisited Dakos Salad
Juicy island tomatoes, crumbled rusk, feta, and herbs, reimagined with seasonal flair.

Second Course - Aegean Catch of the Day, BBQ Grilled
Simply prepared over charcoal and served with seasonal vegetables.

Dessert - Chocolate Mousse with Rhodes Olive Oil
Bittersweet, silky, and finished with the island’s green gold.

Wine Pairing
A curated selection of Greek wines, thoughtfully paired to elevate the flavors.
